Is PGEMP (Executive MBA) at SPJIMR worth it ?

Is PGEMP at SPJIMR worth it ?  I would say 'Yes' if you are a working professional and want to continue working while completing MBA from one of India's Top Business School. It is a 21 month long modular program. I was a PGEMP participant from 2016–18. It was a back to college experience for me while continuing to work. We spent 9 days in a contact at the SP Jain Andheri Campus and live in the hostel. It is an amazing experience and the campus life is really awesome. About PGEMP, what I value most is the peer group we will have. You will have working professionals that even include very senior level people who have experience from very different backgrounds from the renowned companies. You will be able learn from their experience and network with them. Classroom learning is really experiential. While theory is taught by World Class Faculty, practicality of these theories are shared by our own peer group only in most of the cases from their own work experience. The In Campus

Mr.X bought 250 shares (one lot) of Reliance for Average Buy Price of Rs 1960/- To Hedge, he sold call option 2000 CE at a premium of Rs 10/-  If the current market price (CMP) of Reliance crosses Rs 2000 by expiry, it has to be physically settled. It means, the shares he bought for Rs 1960 will be sold for Rs 2000. That is even if the CMP is Rs 2050, his sell price will be Rs 2000. Plus the premium he received is his. So, there is no loss as such. However, if he hadn't sold the option call 2000 CE, he could have sold reliance at CMP of Rs 2050, ie additional profit of Rs 50 x 250. If it doesn't cross Rs 2000 by expiry, the premium of Rs 10 is his plus he will continue to hold Reliance at Rs1960 avg buy price. Disclaimer  : Stock Market Investments are subject to market risks. Wishing Everyone A Very Happy Easter ! I moved to Canada from India in February 2021 on PR. I am sharing the my checklist for the journey which will be helpful to many of you while planning your trip. Get a  Forex Card Getting a Forex card is very important. It is also very easy  t o get one. Forex Card has many advantages. One is that you don’t need to carry cash in hand. The plastic card will have all your money. It is very convenient to carry. Also, due to Covid19 restrictions, most places are encouraging only contact less payment. So Forex Card is the apt choice. Moreover, Forex Cards are mostly multi currency cards. So we can use the same card while we go to other countries as well. I took two Forex Cards. One from ICICI Bank and one from HDFC Bank. I was having my accounts with these banks, hence I chose them. You just need to fill an application, give your passport, visa copy and flight tickets. You will get the Forex Card within an hour. Forex Cards can be recharged from our Sa

I recently landed in Canada as a Permanent Resident. I am sharing some important ‘First Things To Do’ once we land as a Permanent Resident. → Completing Landing Formalities at Airport   Once we land, we will be guided to various counters. We will have to show our passport, CoPR(Confirmation of Permanent Residence), authorisation letter(AL) for travel, quarantine plan, Covid19 negative test certificate etc. (I am writing this during Covid19 era, hence the references to quarantine plan, AL, test certificate etc. Normally these things are not there). They will ask us the address where we are quarantining, the amount for which Proof of Fund was given during the application and also the address to which the PR card has to be dispatched. I gave my friend’s address as I was on temporary stay at AirBNB. We also have to show the details filled in the ArriveCAN mobile application. Before exiting the airport, we had to do a Covid19 test too. It is free. They do not charge for this.  → Get a Can

|ECA for Express Entry Canada| Alternatives for WES | | CES | IQAS |

I am writing with respect to ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) for immigration purposes. There are some more organizations authorised to issue ECA reports other than WES (World Education Services). Comparitive Education Services (CES) - University of Toronto International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS) International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) International Credential Evaluation Service (ICES) Medical Council of Canada (for Doctors - specialist physician, general practitioner, family physician) Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (for Pharmacists) As an alternative to WES, in my personal experience, IQAS and CES are good. However processing time is more compared to WES. IQAS takes about 6 month's time to provide ECA once documents are received by them while CES takes around 4 months. I am to trying to answer below why WES doesn't give you an ECA even if you have done a recognised course in your country.  WES evaluations are advisory

Stock Market Trading As A Full Time Option Hey Guys,  Saw many of you thinking of trading as a full time option. My views and experience as a full time trader since April 2020. I quit my job in March to move abroad. But as lockdown came into effect, I couldn't move and had to keep postponing my travel plans due to extended lockdowns and travel restrictions. Since, I wasn't looking at a new job as I didn’t want to get into a new commitment just for few months as I had decided to move abroad anyways.  Also didn’t want to get into notice period issues etc, thought of trading as a good option as there is no external commitment. Also, the problem was I wasn't sure when I have to move. Dates weren't confirmed due to Visa issues etc. So trading was the most apt choice to earn and also there was 'no requirement' for external commitment. Another most important point being, I could stay at home safely with family during the Covid19 pandemic time.  The only commitmen
